Congratulations, Mommy Rachel!
The universe added another wonderful baby after Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters announced on Instagram that she has given birth to her child.
Rachel, who tied the knot last July in a civil union, uploaded on Instagram Story a photo of her baby girl.
Several celebrities also congratulated Rachel on Instagram for this amazing news including Nadine Samonte, Tim Yap, and Dani Barretto
Back in May, Rachel confirmed that she's going to be a mother and the following month, announced the gender of her baby.
